Terms of service

Presale Policies:
  • Roughly a 3rd of each pin design will be presold. This goes to fund the manufacturing and get the pin into production. All remaining pins will be sold in-hand.
  • What does ordering a presale guarantee buyers? The highest quality pins in the batch, lower prices than in-hand sales, and receipt of your order before the in-hand sale takes place. BONUS: You get to be part of making the art come to life!
  • Production time varies from pin to pin, but most will take between 3-6 months. We will keep our buyers updated throughout the process via Instagram.
Grading:
  • We have 4 grades: Presale A , Standard A, B, and C.
  • Presale A are the best pins in the batch.
  • Standard A may have small imperfections that are difficult to perceive.
  • Grade B has more noticeable flaws, such as screen print misalignment or small scratches.
  • Grade C has noticeable flaws, such as screen print misalignment, scratches, scuffs, bubbles, or under-filled sections. 
Misc:
  • Our pins are not official merchandise and cannot be traded at Disney parks. They are fan art, made by fans for fans.
  • We are open to trading our pins for our ISO's, as both Lopti and Siffy will keep a small number of each design for traders.
  • All designs are limited to 1 per person. This is to keep the game fair and let everyone have a chance at our designs. Any order with more than 1 of a specific design will be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone who abuses the policies of our shop.
  • NEW as of 7/24/23: In order to protect ourselves and our customers from bots/flippers, we have implemented a new method. All Windows will be priced as $1000-1010 (depending on grade) and a discount code will be dropped in our IG stories a couple minutes prior to the drop. You MUST use the discount code in order to get our normal price ($85-95). Purchase at your own risk, as we will NOT refund orders that do not follow our policies by using the discount code.

Shipping:

  • Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
  • If there is a change in address between purchase and shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us for an update.
  • Once packages have been dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for the item. If the package is lost, please contact your local post office with the provided tracking number.
  • Due to the limited availability of our pins, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Presale and Standard grade pins can be exchanged if a like-grade pin is available. The buyer is responsible for shipping the exchanged pin back to us prior to our mailing the exchange.
  • Returns will only be accepted if there was a grading error on our end. Please communicate with pictures of the flaw.
  • Grade B and C pins cannot be exchanged or returned. By purchasing a lower grade, you agree to this policy.
